I’m Sami-Jo, or as the little ones call me, Ms. Sami! I'm the owner and sole operator of Carousel Cuts! With over a decade of experience as a sensory haircut specialist, I hold multiple Cosmetology state licenses as well as certifications in Emotional Regulation, ASD and SPD for both children and adolescents. I created Carousel Cuts for all ages and all abilities to feel safe and understood. I hope to meet you soon❣️
