Late arrivals exceeding more than 10 minutes will be subject to a $10 late fee. If I am unable to perform intended service, your appointment will be rescheduled and late fee will be applied then.

All cancellations should be done at least 24 hours in advance. A 60% service fee may be applied to your next appointment in the event of repeat cancellations, same day cancellations and no-shows.

All clients are asked to kindly cancel their appointments at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to show up for your scheduled time with no communication, or repeatedly cancel, a 100% service fee may be applied to your next appointment.

If 15 minutes or more are spent attempting to complete the service yet it remains unfinished, a reduced service fee of 50% of the booked amount may be applied to your next appointment. If 15 minutes or less are spent on the service, no fee will be charged.

We encourage you to identify when it may be necessary to reschedule and communicate your needs during the service.
